Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging, including shoe box (undamaged)
- Proof of purchase is required
- Must not be purchased via whatsapp/sourcing team, unless the item is faulty/damgaged. 

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +44 7874 188585 or email customerservice@lurox.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received, authenticated and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
